Zvezda and Odeon
Opening of the City Calender in Zvezda Park, 1995, Ljubljana

Zvezda played her first important role, together with Odeon, in the City Calendar project of the Ljubljana-ers (Ljubljančani!) project. I undertook this "URBANARIA" SCCA public project together with my friend, the graphic designer, Maja Gspan. A city calendar imitating an advertising pillar was erected in the center of Ljubljana, smack in the middle of the lovely Zvezda Park. A new calendar was added for each month onto the pillar. The remaining space featured drawings of the love story between Zvezda and Odeon and changed with the seasons. The column also served as an information site for other Urbanaria projects and as a public municipal calendar. The project ended in December 1995.
